Orders are usually shipped within 2 working days. Please note some items currently have longer dispatch times, this information can be found in the item description.

What if want my order quicker than 1-2 weeks? 

Other well known couriers do offer a faster shipping service but at a higher cost if you would like to receive your items within a quicker timeframe please feel contact us direct on dutchcollection@outlook.com for us to provide you with these cost details - these services can be offered to you if you wish. We have provided the details for the courier that provides the most cost effective way. 

Timeframes are estimated in accordance with our courier information. All deliveries must be signed for.   

Unclaimed & Uncollected Parcels:  

If your order is returned back to us due to unclaimed/uncollected we shall contact you to arrange a further delivery so we can re deliver your order promptly. 
If in case this happens any extra shipping tax or custom fees that may occur will be paid by the customer.

We can process a delivery to most residential homes worldwide.

We can also process a delivery to the following residential and business complex addresses worldwide, providing unrestricted access is permitted, and which offer a main reception/security kiosk that offer a secure one-time fob access or access code:

A private residential P.O. Box.
A residential high-rise condominium/apartment.
A gated residential community.
A business complex.
A community mailbox, private mailbox or outside post box.
A property with an intercom or smart pad/camera system.

If your address doesn’t have an unspecified street name, you must include the district zone or nearest landmark in the delivery checkout page.

We do however recommend you include a relevant access code when required in the delivery checkout process or payment page.

We always recommend you track your delivery online, so you can immediately track and collect upon delivery, most couriers will alert you by online tracking , by phone or SMS if there is a failed delivery or the delivery is delayed.

 Any parcels held in within the recipient country by customs for release is beyond our control, queries must be taken up with the local last mile courier
