Returns & Exchange

Our Exchange/Store Credit Only Policy

Firstly we want to thank you for shopping with us we are here to help with any exchange queries. 

dutch only offers exchange or store credit 

Shipping Fees, Label fee’s or Custom charges will not be covered by the store. 

Items must not be worn, washed or altered in anyway, free from dirt, dust, hair, perfumed fragrances, free from any odors including smoke , free of makeup stains and they must have all original tags attached. Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted - photo evidence will need to be provided to customer service before accepted. If the store receives a exchange item with any of the listed above present the store will unfortunately not except the exchange or store credit option.

Returns must be with in 48 hours of receiving your order - please contact our customer service email to raise your return queries as soon as you receive your order to have your query dealt with quickly.

Sale items will only be store credited or exchanged to the amount that is currently listed on the site. 

Swimwear items (if the hygiene seal has been removed) we cannot accept if returned for health and hygiene reasons.

Footwear must be tried on indoors there can not be any signs of wear photo evidence is required before any return is accepted 

All Items must have all tags attached and be in the original way you received them in the original packaging.  

We handle our exchange returns with in 14 days of receiving the items and you will be updated by customer service via email with in 48 hours with instructions for shipping if your return for exchange has been accepted. 

please note if a shipment remains in customs for more than 14 days and is subsequently returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering all associated return charges. In such cases, we will process only store credit after deducting the return shipping charges, duties and taxes.
